I want to give a 0 star. I am so sad. On Tuesday 6/13 my dog got groomed and his poodle feet (ALL 4 including inbetween toes too) got all scratched/irritated/bleeding. I totally understand if there is/are one or two scratches. It got worse on the next day I called the place and the lady asked me to bring him to shop and assured me that he was NOT bleeding when he was at the shop. I asked if she can give me # so that I can send photos and I txted 20 photos no answer. I just can't believe what has happened to my furry baby. I just was speechless. I have never experienced this kinda of low job while I have my dog for 5 years. Very disappointed. I paid $70 and now I have to take him to the VET. Just look at the photos on yelp.
We were very disappointed when we picked our dogs up. Our bichons had poop on them & one was soaked in urine. Granted they were long & needed a haircut but our Jack Russell terrier also had poop on him & he has short hair. I took all 3 dogs to the groomer after picking them up. I haven't boarded my dogs in a long time but when I did the service was excellent! What has changed & why were the dogs in this condition?

Brought our pug here and we will be back. Seems like a caring staff and my pug didn't seem crazy and wasn't shedding all her fur when we picked her up as she has elsewhere.
Our little pug didn't come home stressed out and shedding as she had at previous places (not in Great Falls) The staff was warm and friendly too!
I have had to board my dogs a few times now. This entire staff does a fantastic job easing my mind about how the dogs are doing as well as taking care of my pups! I really can't say enough good about this group and will be using them again in August for my honeymoon!! See you guys soon. Thanks for everything.
