Our air conditioner went out and Central Solutions sent a tech to look at it. I was quoted a $29 fee for the service call, and told that any additional charges would be discussed and agreed upon in advance. The tech looked at our unit and said it was an electrical problem and he would schedule an electrician to come out. He then proceeded to charge me OVER $100 - $29 for the service call and $89 for what he called a "diagnostic" (what amounted to him holding a sensor up to the wires) even though I was not informed in advance of this additional fee. When my husband got home that evening he FLIPPED A BREAKER SWITCH and the entire unit started WORKING FINE. We have been calling Central Solutions for three weeks now trying to get a refund and each time we've been told "the office manager will get back with us." Not ONCE has anyone called us back. We were ripped off, overcharged, and their customer service is nonexistent. Horrid experience with this company.
