Hidden charges. Miscommunication on how much they were going to charge between their own workers. Unprofessional management. They even took two weeks to send our bill with the excuse that they had people on vacation and then they immediately were threatening to send bill to collections. Horrible people especially their general manager. If you can, go anywhere but here. Dont trust these other reviews that were apparently written by their own people.
In addition to providing excellent service, Tom and his team offered advice on how to maintain our current system. We look forward to working with them on all our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. Do yourself a favor and call Orbit first!!!
Ben's estimate for labor to tile our entry way was $500. I paid for tile and grout from another seller. A day later, the job not completed, I was told by Ben I should have paid half up front, something I initially offered to do. Ben said he'd come back the following Monday morning to finish the job and, Monday morning, when I called him, he reiterated he'd be back, not Monday morning as he first said but 4:00 p.m. Monday afternoon. I told him I'd leave the house unlocked for him. I called back twice during the afternoon to see if he'd arrived and completed the job, and asked him to return my call, if for no other reason so I could go lock the house, whether or not he'd finished the job. Ben didn't return my calls; he didn't finish the job, and he didn't see to it the house was locked. I'm disappointed in Orbit and, based on Ben's poor communication skills, and gross overcharges, won't be recommending them to anyone.
24/7 is a lie. I have been calling their number for the last 3 days, with no response. I currently have no hot water due to a water heater issue. We have left multiple messages on their "emergency" line with no answer.
Orbit did an amazing job for our business. They offer fast, friendly, and professional service at great rates and were able to see us same day! I was amazed. Most of the other companies we've work with can't see us for weeks -- even in an emergency.
